COACHING for LIFE - What is Life Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment.

My definition of life coaching is that of a very powerful and unique relationship between the life coach and the coachee. You are unique, so are your goals, circumstances and your longing for change and inspiration.
What motivates you? No, really, what gives you that ‘cannot sit still any longer, got to get out there and DO or BE it’ feeling?

What makes you act on that feeling? Whatever your very own answer to these questions might be your life coach will be by your side, as your peer. Together we will get to the heart of what matters to you, dance in this moment, clarify your choices, be held as naturally creative resourceful and whole so you will make that change in your life and achieve your full potential. Coaching for Life!
What does this mean for you and where do we go from here?
Sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes. The life coaching relationship will begin with the discovery session which is about two hours in length, during which we will start to unearth and name your values. From there we will take you further down the path of fulfilment, do some work on your purpose in life and give you tools to use on a day to day basis as and when required to keep you on track.
The Agenda and Goals will come from you, which means that the solutions will be yours as well. Life coaching does not address only one issue… In essence it addresses your whole life and brings balance and fulfilment back into it. Remember that positive energy that is always with you, even if you cannot see it right now? I will remind you of that!
