GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
(Tri)Athletes of all abilities are welcome, the only exception being the swim sessions where the minimum requirements would be that the athlete could comfortably swim 200m of front crawl. VENUES for TRAINING SESSIONS
DXBike (District One Cycle Track): From Sheikh Zayed Rd, take Nad Al Sheba turn off. Continue straight over Al Khail Rd. At the second traffic circle after Al Khail Rd, turn right all the way to the next round about. Come back on yourself in the round about and take the slip road before Max & Aegle Gym. The carpark is on your right after the gym.
Kite Beach: From Jumeirah Rd, drive towards Saga World (old Wollongong University, across from Burger Fuel). Turn towards the sea right after. At the T-junction turn right and find parking in front of the new skate park.
Al Qudra Cycle Track (bottom of the stick): On Al Qudra Rd, past Arabian Ranches and Motor City, towards Bab Al Shams Desert Resort and Spa.
Al Qudra Cycle Track (Zad's / Trek Store Car Park): On Al Qudra Rd, past Arabian Ranches and Motor City, towards Bab Al Shams Desert Resort and Spa.
Al Barsha Park 1 (behing TRI Pod: From First Al Khail Road take the road down to the Novotel. Come back on your self in the round about next to the Novotel, pass the Mosque and the School. Take the first right and find parking. The park is on your right.
Hamdan Sports Complex: From E611, take the exit to Hamdan Sports Complex.
PERSONALISED TRAINING PLANS
Personalised training plans are goal based and take place in the form of pre- planned training sessions leading up to a specific event. Following a consultation that identifies your training needs, current level of ability and training opportunities, you'll receive a periodised training programme to best fit your lifestyle .
A personal training plan may include group sessions if appropriate. The aim is to give you what best works for you, when it works for you. As your coach, I am available to make adjustments as needed and I am a phone call, email or Facebook message away.

Barbara received her training and certification in professional bicycle fitting from Serotta International Cycling Institute in Saratoga Springs, NY. For the last 5 years this program had been run by Greg Robidoux, who has been working with cyclists performing medical bike fitting and treating cycling related injury for more than 8 years.
The fit process is a very detailed experience that is meant to provide a cyclist with a roadmap, addressing each individual’s unique anatomy, history and skill level. Throughout the fit process you are guided by your fitter. Each step is explained, and, when complete, you are given measurements which provide for comfort, economy of movement and safety. These coordinates are used to establish dimensions on a custom frame or determine the best position on a standard bicycle.
Whether you want to improve performance on a standard bike or are experiencing the common malaise of numb hands, feet and derriere, a thorough professional bicycle fit is well worth the investment.
All you need to bring is your bike, bike shorts, bike shoes and any gear you might want to add or change on your bike such as clip on aerobars for your road bike or a new saddle for your tri bike.
